We recommend a quiet spot to enhance the quality of the recording. Don’t go placing us next to any loud speakers! We also advise that you place the audio guest book in a prominent spot so your guests can see it! It’s also worth mentioning it in any speeches so that everyone knows you’d love to hear their voices!

Absolutely! Just unplug it! However, we do recommened that you keep your phone in a designated area for continuity of audio quality, and to avoid damaging the phone. You also want your guests to be able to find it easily.

Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours. We reserve the right to charge for the full cost of the repair or replacement of the phone.

Yes! Don’t worry, we will take care of this and send copies for your venue.

We currently cover England, Scotland and Wales. If you live outside of these locations but can’t live without one of our alternative audio guest books then please email hello@ijustcalledtosay.co.uk and we will see if we can make it happen.

Nope! All of our packages include pre-paid delivery and return because we want to make things really easy for you!

We aim to deliver your audio guest book 2-3 days before your requested date. We will look ahead to see if there are any Bank Holidays that may affect delivery times and we will notify you of this.

Your precious your messages are sent via a download link which is active for 4 weeks after it has been received. You can also purchase a cute USB stick if you’d prefer to have a physical copy of your messages.

Our standard turnaround time is 7 days.

The ‘I just called to say…’ alternative audio guest book prices start at £299 depending on the model.

We take an unpfront and non-refundable deposit of £149 at the time of booking in order to secure your date with your chosen phone.

The final balance will be due 12 weeks before your date.

Any bookings made witin 12 weeks of the event date will be required to make payment in full at t he point of booking.

In the event that the final balance is not cleared, you will not receive your audio guest book.

We do not to charge a security holding deposit at the time of booking. As a small business we need to protect ourselves, so if goods are lost or damaged a flat fee of £350 will be charged to your original payment method to contribute to the cost of repair, or replacement.
